Short Breaks

Crossroads offers free essential respite care for unpaid carers, providing them with a regular weekly break of up to 3 hours for a 6 months period with trained support workers.

Carers Counselling

Up to 12 weeks of free therapeutic counselling for unpaid carers and supporters of cancer patients, offering invaluable companionship, help, and support.

Crossroads Clubs

Crossroads Care Kent offers safe, social, and stimulating Clubs for people with a variety of health needs. These sessions promote social interaction, cognitive engagement, and overall well-being. The clubs also provide carers with a much-needed break, ensuring their loved ones are in good hands.

Health Appointments

Our Health Appointment service is a free, pre-bookable service designed to encourage carers to look after their own health needs, without worrying about the person they care for.

Hospital Discharge

Our Hospital Discharge Service aims to deliver short term, timely discharge support for family carers, who may have difficulty in coping with a patient’s initial care needs after returning home from hospital.

Macmillan Crossroads Volunteer Service

Macmillan Crossroads Volunteer Service offers 12-week placements to support people living with cancer and their carers, providing invaluable companionship, help and support.

Urgent Care

Our Urgent Care Team provides a rapid response service to support carers and prevent the breakdown of a caring situation, which could otherwise lead to a hospital, hospice, or care home admission.

Young Carers

Our Young Carers Service provides crucial support to individuals under 18 who care for family members facing disabilities, illnesses, mental health conditions, or substance abuse challenges.
